This site as far as I know is completely free, and has great information on different memory systems and tips and techniques on improving your memory.

The Thing I like most about this site though is its major system trainer. If you haven't read what the major system is on getsmarternow take a look around, or jump to their site as they have some great info as well. In short its a system for changing numbers into letters or sounds, so you can make words up to remember the numbers easier.

This site has a program on it (no download required) that allows you to practice the system. Not only can you practice the digits, but you can plug in your own words to the system and practice your numbers 0 through 99.
